Preparation Method :
- Warm up the butter with the honey and spice with the ground coriander.
- Grill the fruits for about 5-7 minutes and baste them frequently with the butter and honey mixture.
- Then pour the rum onto the fruits, flame and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into fillets
- 1 small pineapple, peeled, sliced and remove the inner hard part
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut into quarters
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and cut into fillets
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
- 50 ml rum
