FLAMED RUM FRUITS

Preparation Method :

  • Warm up the butter with the honey and spice with the ground coriander.
  • Grill the fruits for about 5-7 minutes and baste them frequently with the butter and honey mixture.
  • Then pour the rum onto the fruits, flame and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into fillets
  • 1 small pineapple, peeled, sliced and remove the inner hard part
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and cut into fillets
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 50 ml rum
