Preparation Method :
- Knead the marzipan with the icing sugar and make ball shapes out of the mixture.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a worktop sprinkled with flour. Cut 15 x 14 cm rectangles out of the dough.
- Put a marzipan ball onto each piece of dough and roll it up carefully like a bonbon. Twist both ends of the marzipan balls.
- Spread honey over the "bonbons", put them onto a greased baking tray and bake in the oven at 190 °C / 380 °F / Gas mark 5 for about 12-15 minutes.
- Allow them cool down and then wrap the ends with coloured ribbons.

- 1 kg tuna steaks, washed and dried
- 100 grams onions, peeled and diced
- 100 ml white wine, peeled and diced
- 50 ml Sesame oil
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Seaweed for wrapping, rinsed
- 4 slices of bacon
