Preparation Method :
- Mix the onions and the herbs with the oil, white wine, salt and pepper.
- Marinate the fish fillets in the herb mixture for about an hour or two.
- Take the fish cutlets out of the marinade; shake off the excess liquid and cook on the grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Serve the halibut cutlets garnished with herbs and slices of lemon.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 halibut steaks, cleaned, washed and dried
- 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 1 bunch of dill, washed, dried and finely chopped
- 1 bunch of chervils, dried and finely chopped
- 50 ml white wine
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Herbs and lemon slices for garnishing
