Preparation Method :
- Mix the onions and the herbs with the oil, white wine, salt and pepper.
- Spice them with salt and pepper and grill for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Take the fish cutlets out of the marinade; shake off the excess liquid and cook on the grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Serve the halibut cutlets garnished with herbs and slices of lemon.
- Melt the butter, take off the heat and mix with the lemon juice.
- Arrange the halibut cutlets on the plate; sprinkle with shredded lemon peel and pour lemon butter over them. Garnish with dill and serve.

- 1 kg halibut steaks, cleaned, washed and dried
- 50 ml Sesame oil
- 50 grams butter
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 1 bunch of dill, washed, dried and finely chopped
- 1 bunch of chervils, dried and finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 50 ml white wine
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Herbs and lemon slices for garnishing
