HALIBUT CUTLETS IN FOIL

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the herbs with the butter, vermouth, salt and white pepper in a bowl.
  • Grease 4 large pieces of aluminium foil with butter and place the halibut cutlets on it.
  • Put vermouth mixture with the slices of one lemon into each parcel.
  • Close the aluminium foil and cook the parcels for about 12-15 minutes on the grill.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg halibut steaks, cleaned, washed and dried
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 bunch of dill, washed, dried and finely chopped
  • 100 ml vermouth
  • 2 tablespoon coarsely ground white pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Herbs and lemon slices for garnishing
