GRILLED TROUT

Preparation Method :

  • Lay the bacon out in a frying pan. Add the mustard.
  • Mix the herbs with leeks, cheese and the breadcrumbs.
  • Salt the trout inside and outside, sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper.
  • Stuff the mustard and bacon mixture into the trout and secure with toothpicks.
  • Cut into the trout skin about 4 times on each side and cook on the grill for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Garnish the grilled trout with herbs and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 grams streaky bacon, diced
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 bundle of Leek, Cut into small rolls, remove the leek leaves from the stalk
  • 1 bundle of chives and chervil, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoon grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 4 fresh, ready to cook trout, washed and dried
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • Herbs for garnishing, washed and dried, cut into small rolls
