- Mix the lemon juice with the oil, the vinegar, the bay leaf, the allspice seeds, the dill, tarragon, salt and the peppercorns.
- Marinate the fish pieces in the marinade for about 2 hours. Then take them out, shake off the excess liquid and cook on the grill for 10 - 12 minutes. Turn frequently while cooking.
