GRILLED FISH

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the lemon juice with the oil, the vinegar, the bay leaf, the allspice seeds, the dill, tarragon, salt and the peppercorns.
  • Marinate the fish pieces in the marinade for about 2 hours. Then take them out, shake off the excess liquid and cook on the grill for 10 - 12 minutes. Turn frequently while cooking.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml Sesame oil
  • 900 grams medium-sized fish, cleaned, washed and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 3 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 3-4 allspice seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
  • Salt, to taste
