FILLETS OF HADDOCK WITH FENNEL

Preparation Method :

  • Spice the haddock fillets with salt. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Mix the vegetables together and spice them with salt and pepper.
  • Grease 4 large pieces of aluminium foil with oil.
  • Put the vegetables on them and then put the fish on top of the vegetables.
  • Close the aluminium foil tightly and put the packages into the embers.
  • Cook the fillets of haddock for about 10-15 minutes. After cooking, open the packages, arrange the fish on the vegetables, garnish with dill and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams haddock, fillets, washed and dried
  • 150 grams cherry tomatoes, washed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 spring onions, washed and cut into rings
  • 2 fennel bulbs, washed and sliced
  • Pepper and Salt, to taste
  • Sesame oil for greasing the aluminium foil
  • Dill for garnishing
