GOURMET CHICKEN ON A HOT STONE

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the chervil and the garlic with the oil, lemon juice salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Marinate the slices of aubergine into the chervil, oil mixture for about an hour.
  • Wash, dry and quarter the chicken breast fillets.
  • Mix the sherry with the ground ginger, salt, pepper and soy sauce and dip the chicken into the sauce on both sides.
  • Take the aubergine slices out of the marinade, shake off the excess liquid and cook them on the hot stone together with the pieces of chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Arrange the pieces of chicken on the plate with the slices of aubergine and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 aubergine, washed and sliced
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 sprigs of chervil, washed, dried and finely chopped
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and diced
  • 100 ml Cooking oil
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon sherry
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
