FRUITS WITH LEGS OF CHICKEN

Preparation Method :

  • Separate the juice from the fruit, shake off the excess liquid and cut into cubes.
  • Rub the chicken legs with the spices into them. Grill for about 5 - 7 minutes on each side.
  • Briefly fry the fruit in butter, thin down the mixture with the sherry and the stock. Allow it to boil down to half its volume.
  • Add the cream and boil the mixture, add salt and curry powder.
  • Arrange the fruit on the chicken legs and serve garnished with the cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams chicken legs, washed and dried
  • 150 grams sweet cream
  • 4 slices of tinned pineapple
  • 100 ml chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon butter for frying
  • 50 ml sherry
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 halves of tinned peaches
  • 1 tablespoon Curry powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Cocktail cherries on a stick for garnishing
