OLIVES AND CHEESE SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Glaze the diced olives together with the chopped almonds in the heated oil for a short time.
  • Dilute the mixture with the white wine and boil it down to half its volume.
  • Then add the vegetable stock, let it boil and spice with salt and pepper.
  • Mash the cream cheese with a fork and add it to the sauce. Remove the sauce from heat when the cheese has melted.
  • Spice the sauce again with salt and pepper, garnish with herbs and serve warm.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 75 grams black olives without stones, drained and diced
  • 2 tablespoon chopped almonds
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil 
  • 5 tablespoon vegetable stock
  • Pepper and Salt, to taste
  • 1 sprig each of basil and thyme, washed and dried
