MIXED GRILL ON THE HOT STONE

Preparation Time :

30 minutes

Cooking Time :

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

Mix the oil with salt, pepper and herbs. Spread this over the meat and let the meat stand for about 20 minutes.
Marinate the scampis in the lemon juice for about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the pear spirit over the pieces of mango and pear.
Arrange all the ingredients on a plate and serve.

INGREDIENTS

250 grams veal, beef, pork and turkey fillets, washed and dried and cut into 1 cm slices
250 grams streaky bacon, washed, cut into slices and then into wide strips
250 grams mandarin fillets, drained
250 grams tomatoes, washed and cut into halves
2 onions, peeled and cut them into thick slices
250 grams oyster mushrooms, washed and cut into large strips
250 grams scampis, cleaned, cut them lengthways and remove the intestine
50 ml Sesame oil
2 teaspoon dried, mixed herbs
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 mango, peeled and cut into pieces
2 pears, peel, cut into half, cored and cut into pieces
2 tablespoon Williams pear spirit
Salt and Pepper, to taste
