DEVILLED BEEF ROAST

Preparation Method :

  • Put the diced onions and the white wine into a saucepan and let it boil down by half.
  • Add the mustard and spice the sauce heavily with cayenne pepper and salt.
  • Spread the sauce over the pieces of meat and grill for about 3 - 5 minutes on each side. Serve garnished with herbs.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams prime rib of beef, washed, dried and divide into servings
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 2 onions, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Cayenne pepper and Salt, to taste
  • Herbs for garnishing
