CURD VEGETABLE FINGERS

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
3 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat together drained curd and cream till smooth.
  • Add all seasonings with the grated and chopped vegetables.
  • Spread the mix on the lightly toasted slices.
  • Place on the wire rack of a hot oven, grill for about 2 minutes.
  • Remove crust from bread slices and cut into finger shaped pieces. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 grams grated carrot
  • 1 small capsicum - very finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon onion - finely chopped
  • 150 grams thick curd, hung in a cloth for about an hour
  • 2 tablespoon cream
  • 50 grams grated cabbage
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 4 slices of bread - lightly toasted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
