Preparation Method :
- Beat together drained curd and cream till smooth.
- Add all seasonings with the grated and chopped vegetables.
- Spread the mix on the lightly toasted slices.
- Place on the wire rack of a hot oven, grill for about 2 minutes.
- Remove crust from bread slices and cut into finger shaped pieces. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 30 grams grated carrot
- 1 small capsicum - very finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon onion - finely chopped
- 150 grams thick curd, hung in a cloth for about an hour
- 2 tablespoon cream
- 50 grams grated cabbage
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 4 slices of bread - lightly toasted
- Salt and pepper to taste
