Preparation Method :
- Beat butter and sugar in medium bowl until smooth, add sifted flours and water; beat until combined.
- Knead the dough gently on lightly floured surface until smooth. Roll dough between sheets of baking paper.
- Cut into small rounds using cookie cutter, place on greased oven trays, mark in half.
- Bake in moderately slow oven about 20 - 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.

- 250 grams wholemeal plain flour
- 175 grams white plain flour
- 250 grams butter
- 100 grams castor sugar
- 75 grams rice flour
- 2 tablespoons water
