Preparation Method :
- Beat butter and sugar in small bowl until smooth. Stir in sifted flours, press mixture together to form a firm dough. Knead gently on lightly floured surface until smooth.
- Press mixture into greased rectangular slice pan; mark as desired, prick with fork.
- Bake in slow oven 45 minutes. Cut where marked; stand 10 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool.

- 50 gramso rice flour
- 350 gramso plain flour
