YOGHURT PRAWN SANDWICH

Preparation Method :
- Beat yoghurt. Blend with salt, pepper, capsicum and onion into the yogurt.
- Mix prawns with the yogurt, keeping aside a few for garnishing.
- Spread the bread slices with some butter.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on the buttered bread.
- Place yoghurt-prawns mixture on the lettuce.
- Garnish with the remaining prawns. Cut into squares and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 75 grams prawns - devein and sauté in butter with salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped capsicum and onion
- 2 slices of firm white or brown bread
- 2 tablespoon of hung yoghurt
- ½ teaspoon salt, pepper
- Few lettuce leaves or cabbage
