VEG SANDWICH

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Chop vegetables very finely.
  • Heat a pan put butter and all the chopped vegetables then sprinkle salt as per taste.
  • Fry for a minute then put mayonnaise, fresh cream, tomato ketchup and sprinkle little black pepper.
  • Mix everything and turn off the heat.
  • Spread the mixtures on bread and grill it in Sandwich griller.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup and with your favourite chutney.  

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 loaf Brown Bread
  • 100 grams Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • 100 grams Mayonnaise
  • 100 grams Fresh Cream
  • 1 Carrot
  • 3 Bell Peppers (Red, Green and Yellow)
  • 1 Beetroot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 5 Green Chili
  • Spinach
  • Tomato Ketchup
