MUSHROOM TRIANGLES

Preparation Method :
- Mushrooms boiled for a few minutes or until slightly tender.
- Fry onion in butter till transparent and add the flour, stir for a minute. Reduce flame.
- Add in the mushrooms along with the water, stirring continuously.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook till thick. Remove from fire.
- Spread on buttered toasted bread.
- Cut diagonally into 4 triangles and serve as open sandwiches,
- Garnish with a fresh coriander leaf.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams mushrooms - Rinsed and sliced finely
- 150 ml water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion - chopped
- 1 tablespoon maida
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 slices bread - toasted and buttered
