Preparation Method :
- Spread butter on one side and cheese spread on the other side of all slices.
- Arrange 4 pickled cucumber slices, prepared a day earlier on the cheese spread on 2 bread slices.
- Sprinkle a few pickled green chili rings. Spread grated cheese. Cover with another slice, properly buttered on outerside and press.
- Place the prepared sandwich on the wire rack and grill till golden on both sides. Serve with cole slaw.
INGREDIENTS
- Cheese spread - enough to spread on 4 slices
- 2 cheese slices
- Softened butter - enough to spread on 4 slices
- 4 slices bread
Pickled Cucumber And Green Chillies (shake well together in a bottle)
- 50 ml white vinegar
- ½ cucumber - cut into slices without peeling
- 1 thick green chilli - round slices
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
