GRILLED CHEESE AND VEGETABLE SANDWICH

5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Spread mayonnaise on one side and butter on the other side of a slice.
  • Spread some cabbage on the mayonnaise. Sprinkle some grated carrot.
  • Grate a cube of cheese over the carrots. Cover with another slice, keeping the buttered side outside. Press gently.
  • Heat some butter in a non stick pan. Place the sandwich. Cover the pan and keep on medium flame till golden.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 60 grams grated cabbage
  • 60 grams grated carrot
  • 4 slices bread
  • 50 grams cheese - grated
  • Butter - to spread
