CHEESE RAISIN SANDWICH

Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Blend the grated cheese with milk and mayonnaise.
  • Add the raisins. Butter all the slices lightly.
  • Spread some filling on a slice and cover another slice.
  • Cut into two and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 grams cheese - grated
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 8 slices white or brown bread - lightly buttered
  • 75 grams raisins - soaked and drained
