KEEMA ROTI ROLLS

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a pan; add the green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and saute for half a minute. Add the onion and saute till golden brown.
  • Add the tomato, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and saute for a few seconds.
  • Add the minced mutton, mix well and saute till all the moisture has evaporated and the mutton is cooked.
  • Add the salt, fresh coriander and lemon juice. Divide into four portions.
  • Place one portion of minced mutton on each roti and top it with a few onion rings and egg slices. Roll up firmly to enclose the mutton completely. Serve hot.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 whole wheat roti

Filling

  • 500 grams minced mutton
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium tomato, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 5 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 medium onion sliced into rings
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
