Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan; add the green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and saute for half a minute. Add the onion and saute till golden brown.
- Add the tomato, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and saute for a few seconds.
- Add the minced mutton, mix well and saute till all the moisture has evaporated and the mutton is cooked.
- Add the salt, fresh coriander and lemon juice. Divide into four portions.
- Place one portion of minced mutton on each roti and top it with a few onion rings and egg slices. Roll up firmly to enclose the mutton completely. Serve hot.

- 2 medium onion sliced into rings
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- Salt to taste
