Preparation Method :
- In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, onion, fresh coriander, green chilli and salt.
- Soak the slices of bread, one at a time, in water for about ten seconds. Squeeze out the excess water by gently pressing between your palms.
- Place each slice on the worktop, place some of the cheese mixture at one end and roll the bread up firmly to cover the stuffing completely, ensuring that the edges are well sealed.
- Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the rolls until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.

- 10 large slices of bread, crusts removed
- 2 green chilli, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil for deep-frying
