SAUSAGES IN JACKETS

Preparation Method :
- Spread each slice of bread with mustard, then with the pickle and sprinkle red chilli powder.
- Place a sausage across each slice of bread and roll up or fold from both sides by placing the sausage in the centre of the bread. Secure with a tooth pick.
- Brush the bread with melted butter and grill until the bread jackets are toasted and turn golden brown.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 large sausages, fried and drained
- 4 slices of bread - crusts removed
- 45 grams butter - melted
- 1 teaspoon mustard paste
- Pepper or red chilli powder - to taste
- Sweet mango or lime pickle or chutney
