These golden brown muffins are truly perfect for your breakfast or snacks. These will make your stomach full because they are delicious and great treat for everybody. The fresh milk and slight salty flavoring of muffins will make your day really complete.

Preparation Method :
- Dissolve the yeast in the milk. If using dried yeast, sprinkle over the milk and leave in a warm place for about 15 minutes, until frothy.
- Sift the flour and salt together, then make a well in the center. Pour the yeast liquid into the well, draw in the flour and mix to a smooth dough.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a clean bowl, cover with a tea-towel and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface using a lightly floured rolling pin to about 0.5-1 cm thick.
- Leave to rest, covered with a tea-towel, for 5 minutes, then cut into rounds with a 7.5 cm (3 inch) plain cutter.
- Place the muffins on a well-floured baking sheet. Mix together the flour and semolina and use to dust the tops.
- Cover with a tea-towel and leave in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Grease a griddle, electric griddle plate or heavy frying pan and heat over a moderate heat, until a cube of bread turns brown in 20 seconds.
- Cook the muffins on the griddle or frying pan for about 7 minutes each side, until golden brown.

- 5 ml plain flour, for dusting
