Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine the butter and sugar in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the eggs and continue mixing. Add the coconut and flour and mix.
- Add the coffee and mix.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to the pastry bag and pipe 1 -inch rounds onto the baking sheet, ½ inch apart.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Store for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
