Preparation Method :
- Topping: Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
- Beat butter, sugar and egg in small bowl until combined, stir in sifted flours.
- Spread mixture over base of greased rectangular slice pan, bake in moderate oven 10 minutes.
- Spread the hot base with jam; then topping. Bake in moderate oven further 30 - 35 minutes or until browned. Cool in pan.

- 100 grams butter
- 100 grams castor sugar
- 50 grams self-raising flour
- 100 grams plain flour
- 125 grams raspberry jam
- 1 egg
Topping
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 75 grams castor sugar
- 150 grams shredded coconut
