- Line 4 x 6 hole deep patty pans with paper patty cases. Combine butter and honey in large pan, stir over heat until butter is melted.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and spoon the mixture into paper cases. Bake in moderate oven about 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan.

- 50 grams butter, chopped
- 50 ml honey
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 100 grams Corn Flakes
- 100 grams unsalted roasted peanuts
