Preparation Method :
- Beat butter and sugar in small bowl until smooth. Stir in the sifted flours and ground nuts.
- Press the mixture over the base of greased Swiss roll pan; mark into medium squares. Press a nut in centre of each square.
- Bake for about 30 - 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into squares where marked; cool in pan.

- 25 grams roasted hazelnuts
- 250 grams butter
- 50 grams caster sugar
- 175 grams plain flour
- 25 grams rice flour
