Preparation Method :
- Filling: Beat butter, rind and sugar in small bowl until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, beat until combined or until it look curdled.
- Sift flour into medium bowl, stir in sugar and nuts, rub in butter.
- Stir in yolk and enough water to mix to a soft dough, knead on lightly floured surface until smooth. Freeze half the dough for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Press remaining dough over base of greased rectangular slice pan. Pour filling over base; grate cold dough over filling.
- Bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan. Cut into squares.

- 50 ml lemon juice
- 50 grams butter
- 2 eggs
