Preparation Method :
- Beat egg whites in small bowl until soft peaks form, gradually add sugar, beat until dissolved.
- Transfer the mixture to large bowl; stir in nuts and sifted flour. Spoon the mixture into piping bag fitted with a 2 cm plain tube.
- Pipe to small lengths on baking paper-covered oven trays. Bake in moderately slow oven about 10 - 12 minutes or until dry to touch. Cool on wire racks.
- Place chocolate and butter in small heatproof bowl, stir over hot water until melted.
- Dip end of sticks partly into chocolate mixture, place on wire racks. Drizzle more chocolate mixture over plain end of sticks. Leave to set.

- 125 grams dark chocolate, chopped
- 150 grams ground hazelnuts
- 150 grams ground almonds
- 150 grams castor sugar
- 50 grams plain flour
- 25 grams butter
- 3 egg whites
