FLORENTINE SLICE

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Lightly grease the base and sides of a slab pan, two short ends.
  • Cut out a sheet of baking paper, allowing a 2cm overhang at each long side. Use the overhang to lift slice from pan in one piece. 
  • Spoon mixture into prepared pan and smooth surface. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl, mix well; press over chocolate in pan.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside in pan and refrigerate until set.
  • Cut into pieces. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until firm. Serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 175 grams dark chocolate, melted
  • 150 grams crushed Corn Flakes
  • 75 grams unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 50 grams chopped glace cherries
  • 150 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 125 grams sultanas

    I imagine this has gotta be some type of evolutionary characteristic to determine what type of person someone is.
