Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Using an electric mixer, combine the butter and sugar in a large bowl, and mix on low, until smooth.
- Add the coffee, milk, egg, and yolk and mix well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until smooth and blended.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and divide into 12 equal portions.
- Rub your hands with a little flour and roll each portion of dough into a ball, then flatten each ball to ½ inch thick.
- Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and set aside to cool for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately, or store for up to 24 hours and briefly reheat before serving.

- 100 grams butter, softened
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
- 50 ml cold milk
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 500 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
