Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Roll out the puff pastry 1/8 inch thick on a floured work surface. Transfer to the lined baking sheet. Use a fork to make small holes all over the pastry. (This will prevent the pastry from rising too much when baked.)
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and flip the pastry using two spatulas. Bake for another 12 minutes, until the pastry is very crunchy.
- Transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool.
- Beat the cream and sugar in an electric mixer until they form stiff peaks.
- Add the coffee and liqueur and mix until smooth and blended.
- Use a very sharp knife to cut the pastry lengthwise into 3 strips, 4 inches wide by 12 inches long.
- Place one of the strips on the serving platter and spread half cream on top.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove from the freezer a place another pastry strip on top. Spread the remaining cream on top of the pastry and then place the last pastry strip on top of the confection. Freeze for 2 hours.
- To serve, slice into 1-inch- thick slices and serve frozen.

- 150 grams confectioner's sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
- 2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur
