COCONUT PETITS FOURS

Makes :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine coconut, sugar and sifted flour in medium bowl. Stir in egg, milk and essence.
  • Firmly roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls, place on greased oven trays.
  • Bake in moderate oven about 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams shredded coconut
  • 150 grams castor sugar
  • 2 tablespoons self-raising flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 50 ml milk
