Preparation Method :
- Icing: Sift icing sugar and 1 tablespoon cocoa into bowl, stir in butter and enough milk to make spreadable.
- Combine butter, sugar, coconut, egg, sifted flours and cocoa in medium bowl; mix well.
- Press mixture evenly over base of greased rectangular slice pan. Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes or until firm.
- Spread hot slice evenly with icing, sprinkle with extra coconut. Cool in pan.

- 150 grams butter, melted
- 100 grams firmly packed brown sugar
- 120 grams shredded coconut
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 75 grams plain flour
- 75 grams self-raising flour
- 150 grams icing sugar mixture
- 3 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 teaspoon soft butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
