Preparation Method :
- Beat butter, essence, sugar and egg in small bowl until smooth. Stir in sifted flour and remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls, place on greased oven trays; flatten slightly.
- Bake in moderate oven about 10 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on trays.
