APRICOT WHEATGERM CRANCHIES

Preparation Method :

  • Beat butter, essence, sugar and egg in small bowl until smooth. Stir in sifted flour and remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls, place on greased oven trays; flatten slightly.
  • Bake in moderate oven about 10 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on trays.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams chopped dried apricots
  • 150 grams butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 150 grams firmly packed brown sugar
  • 75 grams self-raising flour
  • 75 grams wheatgerm
  • 25 grams shredded coconut
  • 25 grams rolled oats
  • 75 grams Corn Flakes
  • 1 egg
