Preparation Method :
- Divide buns into two halves. Scoop out, leaving at least ½ " border all around.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok and fry the onions until softened.
- Add capsicum. Stir for a minute. Remove from heat. Add baked beans with chilli sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Toast the scooped sides on a non-stick pan or griddle with some butter.
- Pile some bean mixture in the scooped out hollows. Grate cheese over it. Grill for a minute.

- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 onions - chopped finely
- 1 capsicum - chopped finely
- ½ teaspoon chili sauce
- 4 soft burger buns
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 50 grams cheese - grated
- 250 grams can baked beans
- 3 sprigs of finely chopped coriander leaves
- Salt and pepper powder to taste
