CHICKPEA AND CORIANDER BURGERS

Preparation Method :
- Whizz boiled and drained chickpeas, lemon zest, juiced lemon, cumin powder, a bunch of coriander, egg and some seasoning in a food processor.
- Mix with breadcrumbs and diced red onion.
- Form patties, press more breadcrumbs on and chill for 10 minutes. Heat oil and fry for 4 minutes on each side. Slice 4 burger buns.
- Fill each with mayonnaise, a slice of tomato, a patty, a few slices of red onion and cucumber, a dollop of Sriracha sauce and chopped coriander.

- 150 grams breadcrumbs
- 1 diced red onion
- 5 burger buns
- 2 teaspoon mayonnaise

- A patty
- A few slices of red onion and cucumber
- Sriracha sauce
- Chopped coriander
