Preparation Method :
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan and fry the chopped onions until pink.
- Remove from fire. Mix chicken meat, bread crumbs and seasonings.
- Add egg and cornflour to bind the mixture.
- On a floured board, form the mixture into 4 round burgers.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the burger on each side.
- Split the buns, toss in some butter in a pan till soft. Remove from pan and spread some mustard paste on the lower piece.
- Place a burger and a slice of onion in each. Bake on medium power for about a minute. Serve burger with a green salad.

- 4 soft burger buns
- 1 medium sized onion - finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon ready made mustard paste
- 1 onion - sliced
