Preparation Method :
- Put the mince in the mixing bowl and add the onion, egg and seasoning. Mix well.
- Lightly flour your hands and the chopping board.
- Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape into burgers.
- Chill the burgers in the fridge for 10 minutes. Preheat the grill.
- Place the chilled burgers on the grill pan and brush with oil.
- Grill the burgers for 4-6 minutes. Turn the burgers over and brush again with oil.
- Grill for a further 4-6 minutes until done.
- Cut the buns in half. Toast them under the hot grill if you wish.
- Slice the tomatoes thinly. Wash and shred the lettuce.
- Place a handful of lettuce in each bun, and then add the burger and a slice of tomato.
- Serve with sauce.

- 2 tablespoon flour for shaping
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- 8 burger buns lettuce

- Mustard, ketchup or mayonnaise
