Preparation Method :
- Put the yeast and sugar in a bowl. Add ¼ cup of warm water and keep aside for about 15 minutes or until the mixture appears frothy.
- Sieve the flour with the milk powder and the salt. Add a few drops of colour and the vanilla essence. Prepare a dough by mixing all the ingredients.
- Ferment it at least for 30 minutes. Keep the dough in a large bowl and cover with a wet towel or a greased plastic cling film.
- When the dough doubles in size, punch it and divide into equal portions and shape into balls. Place on a greased tray and brush with beaten egg. Allow to stand for about 20 minutes.
- Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 20 minutes or till golden brown and done.

- 50 ml water
- A few drops lemon yellow colour
- A little beaten egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon, Milk Powder
