Preparation Method :
- Combine bran, sifted flour and sugar in medium size mixing bowl; rub in butter. Add eggs; mix to a soft dough.
- Knead dough gently on lightly floured surface until smooth. Divide dough in half.
- Press each half of dough over bases of greased Swiss roll pans.
- Mark dough into squares; prick with fork. Bake in moderate oven about 10 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut biscuits where marked. Cool on wire racks.

- 2 tablespoons raw sugar
- 150 grams unprocessed wheat bran
- 150 grams butter, chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
