Preparation Method :
- Malt Icing: Sift icing sugar into small heatproof bowl, stir in butter, malted milk powder and enough milk to make a stiff paste. Stir over hot water until spreadable.
- Beat butter and sugar in small mixing bowl until smooth, then Stir in the milk powder, sifted flour, condesned milk and cooled chocolate.
- Roll rounded teaspoons of mixture into golf balls, place on greased oven trays; flatten slightly.
- Bake in moderate oven about 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.
- Spread biscuits with malt icing, then press into coconut before icing is set.

- 150 grams self-raising flour
- 150 grams dark chocolate, melted
- 50 grams desiccated coconut, toasted
- 150 grams butter
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 50 grams malted milk powder
- 50 ml sweetened condensed milk

- 1 tablespoon malted milk powder
- 250 grams icing sugar mixture
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon soft butter
