Preparation Method :
- Cream the butter and sugar together until pale an fluffy. Fold in the flour, rose water and almonds, and mix to make a stiff dough.
- Place in small heaps on a floured baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (350°F) mark 4 for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.

- 100 grams caster sugar
- 150 grams plain flour
- 5 ml rose water
- 50 grams blanched almonds, chopped
