Preparation Method :
- Beat butter, cream cheese, sifted flour, curry powder and pepper in small bowl until combined.
- Stir in enough milk and mix to form a firm dough. Knead dough gently until smooth. Roll and cut into small rounds with biscuit cutter.
- Place the biscuits on greased oven trays; brush with a little extra milk, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in moderate oven about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.

- 2 tablespoons milk
- 50 grams butter
- 50 grams cream cheese
- 150 grams self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Pinch cayenne pepper
