Preparation Method :
- Combine Com Flakes, coconut, sugar, sultanas, dates and sifted flour in large bowl, stir in butter and eggs.
- Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls, place on greased oven trays; flatten slightly.
- Bake in moderate oven about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.

- 150 grams self-raising flour
- 175 grams butter, melted
- 150 grams Corn Flakes, crushed
- 50 grams shredded coconut
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 150 grams sultanas, chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
