FRUITY CORNFLAKES BISCUITS

Preparation Method :

  • Combine Com Flakes, coconut, sugar, sultanas, dates and sifted flour in large bowl, stir in butter and eggs.
  • Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls, place on greased oven trays; flatten slightly.
  • Bake in moderate oven about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams dates, finely chopped
  • 150 grams self-raising flour
  • 175 grams butter, melted
  • 150 grams Corn Flakes, crushed
  • 50 grams shredded coconut
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 150 grams sultanas, chopped
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
