- Combine Rice Bubbles, coconut, sultanas and sifted cocoa and icing sugar in large bowl.
- Stir in cooled Copha; mix well. Spoon mixture into 30 - 36 paper patty cases; refrigerate until set.

- 250 grams icing sugar mixture
- 250 grams Copha, melted
