ITALIAN-STYLE FISH

The Italian-style fish is not so hard to prepare. It is indulged with perfect ingredients that really fit to your daily preferences. This dish is mixed with fish fillets, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, butter, dried oregano and other flavorings. With its added seasonings, the menu appears more appetizing and delicious.

45 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the fish in a shallow baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop the tomatoes and pour over the fish with the juice from the can. Sprinkle over the cheese and oregano, then drizzle over the butter.
  • Cook in a preheated moderately hot oven (200°/400°F, Gas Mark 6) for 15 to 20 minutes until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • Serve with jacket baked potatoes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large fish fillets or steaks 
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 x 500 grams tomatoes 
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 50 gram butter, melted
